Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured, and we also carry Workplace Safety insurance. Your possessions are insured while the cleaners are in your home. Our cleaners are insured against accidental or workplace injury while on your property. With an independent cleaner, you're responsible. Independent cleaners neglect to carry any insurance even though they are mandated by law.

To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a cleaning service visit from our team of expert cleaners.

Many clients are present for the first cleaning to provide guidelines to our cleaning experts, but you do not have to be there. You can leave the house after letting our team in your premises and giving them directions. For added security, if prior arrangements are made to have the keys available in your absence, only the cleaning team assigned to provide your service will have access to the keys. Our cleaning experts are very professional and reliable; you can feel safe with us. And for your peace of mind, if you do not want to leave your keys, special accommodations can be made.

Payment is due on the day of your scheduled cleaning service. We can accept cash or checks. When paying by check or cash, most clients find it convenient to leave the previously agreed payment on the kitchen table. Checks are made payable to "Superior Cleaning Services".

Every house, building, office, or commercial premises, as well as cleaning needs and requirements are different. And, for the same reason, we approach each client on an individual basis. Our cleaning services are customized to fit your needs and your budget.

For your convenience, we supply the cleaning products as well as all required cleaning supplies and equipment. We utilize only the best products and professional equipment for in-depth cleaning. However, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products
